Stock Availability

Not all products are available in-store. We offer a significantly wider range of products through our online store at competitive prices.

If you require a particular item for immediate in-store purchase, please contact us to confirm stock availability before visiting.

Most online orders are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses, depending on stock availability.

Click & Collect

For Click & Collect orders, please wait until you receive an email confirmation advising that your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Australia-Wide

Standard Shipping

  • Flat rate shipping: $16.50 Australia-wide

  • Online orders are delivered on business days only (Monday to Friday).

  • Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

Big & Bulky Items

Big and bulky items may incur additional shipping charges regardless of the order value. Applicable freight charges will be displayed during checkout.

Decorated Garments

Garments requiring embroidery, printing, or other decoration services may incur different shipping charges depending on the order size and weight. Shipping costs will be advised as part of the quotation process.

Delivery Requirements

All deliveries require a signature upon delivery.

For security reasons, parcels will not be left unattended unless specifically authorised by the customer and permitted by the carrier.

We deliver to:

  • Residential addresses

  • Business addresses

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Parcel Lockers

Order Processing

Goods that are in stock are generally picked, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times below are estimates and commence after the order has been dispatched.

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

Multiple Warehouse Shipping

Depending on stock availability, your order may be shipped from:

  • Our retail store

  • One or more supplier warehouses

As a result, items within the same order may occasionally arrive separately.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • The customer was unavailable for delivery;

  • The parcel was not collected from the post office, parcel locker, or collection point within the required timeframe; or

  • An incorrect delivery address was supplied;

a $12.00 return-to-sender fee may apply. This fee reflects the charges imposed on us by our shipping providers.

Additional freight charges may also apply to resend the parcel.

Pre-Order Items

Estimated arrival dates shown for pre-order products are provided by suppliers and are subject to change.

Delays of one week or more may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order will generally be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.

If you require in-stock items to be shipped immediately, please place a separate order for those items.
