Returns & Refunds Policy
No Returns on Clearance or Special Order Items
Returns are not accepted on clearance items or special-order items unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Returning Items Purchased In-Store or Online
Change of Mind / Not Suitable
We may accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions of return:

A restocking fee of $20 or 15% of the purchase price (whichever is greater) may apply. This fee helps cover supplier return and handling charges and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Goods must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, instructions, and accessories included.

Packaging must not be damaged. Please open all packaging carefully.

A copy of the Entire Workwear invoice or other proof of purchase must accompany all returns.

Returns resulting from a change of mind, incorrect size, colour selection, or any other customer-related reason will be at the customer's expense, including any postage or freight costs.

If returning goods by post, please contact Entire Workwear to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The issue of a RAN is at the sole discretion of Entire Workwear.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another method at Entire Workwear's discretion.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Entire Workwear may be deducted from the refund amount to cover delivery expenses already incurred.
Return Timeframe
Approved returns must be received by Entire Workwear within 14 days of return approval. Returns received after this period may be refused.
Faulty Goods
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact Entire Workwear by phone or email to discuss the issue and determine whether the product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty or your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If the fault claim is approved, Entire Workwear will, at its discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, arrange for one of the following remedies:

Store credit (where appropriate)
Proof of purchase will be required.
Return postage arrangements for faulty items will be assessed based on the nature of the fault and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
